สิ่งสำคัญคือ ผู้ที่จะเป็นสะพานบุญได้คุณภาพตามหหลักคำสอนในแนวทางการดูแลรักษาจิตใจของวิถีพุทธนั้น ต้องเริ่มจากตัวเราเองก่อน สร้างความเข้าใจเพื่อน้อมจิตไปทางกุศล คือ ศีล
The important thing is that those who will become a bridge of merit will have the quality according to the teachings in the Buddhist way of caring for the mind. We have to start with ourselves first. Create understanding to incline your mind towards merit, namely morality.

ให้เชื่อมั่นในสัมมาทิฐิเบื้องต้น
Before continuingHave confidence in the basic right view.
สัมมาทิฏฐิ 10 ประการ ได้แก่
1. ทานที่ให้แล้วมีผลจริง
2. ยัญที่ทำแล้วมีผลจริง หรือการสงเคราะห์ทานมีผล
3. การเซ่นสรวงหรือการบูชามีผลจริง (ไม่ใช่เซ่นไหว้อ้อนวอนร้องขอเทพเจ้า แต่คือการเช่นสรวงบุคคลหรือเทวดาที่ควรบูชาเพื่อระลึกถึงคุณงามความดี )
4. วิบากแห่งกรรมดีกรรมชั่วมีผลจริง
5. โลกนี้มีจริง
6. โลกหน้ามีจริง
7. มารดามีคุณจริง
8. บิดามีคุณจริง
9. สัตว์ที่ผุดเกิดขึ้นมีจริง
10. พระอรหันต์ผู้ สามารถรู้แจ้งโลกนี้โลกหน้ามีอยู่จริง
The 10 right views include:
1. The food that is given has real results.
2. The sacrifice that has been made has real results or the charity has had an effect.
3. Sacrifice or worship has real results. (It's not an offering, a request to the gods. But it is like paying homage to a person or deity who should be worshiped in order to remember their good deeds.)
4. The results of good and bad karma have real consequences.
5. This world is real.
6. The next world is real.
7. Mothers are really kind.
8. Father is truly benevolent.
9. Animals that appear are real.
10. The Arahant Able to know that this world and the next world really exist.
พึงทำกุศลให้ถึงพร้อม และทำจิตให้ผ่องแผ้ว
นี้คือคำสอนของพระพุทธเจ้าทั้งหลาย
Make merit until you are ready. and purify the mind
This is the teaching of all the Buddhas.

อะไรคือภาระที่มนุษย์ต้องแบกทั้งชีวิต ไม่ว่าชาติ เผ่าพันธ์ใดในโลก นั้นคือ รูป เวทนา สัญญา สังขาร และวิญญาณ รูปและนามหรือจะเรียกว่า ก้อนทุกข์ก็ว่าได้
What is the burden that a human being has to carry throughout his life, regardless of nationality or race in the world? That is, form, feeling, perception, body and consciousness, form and name, or what is it called? You could say it's a lump of suffering.
ชีวิตไม่ได้เป็นตามความอยาก อยากให้เป็น
แต่เป็นไปตามเหตุตามปัจจัย
Life is not as you want it to be.
But according to reasons and factors
